Terms of Service

01
Acceptance of Terms
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use SIGNAL. If you use SIGNAL on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.
02
The Service
SIGNAL helps operators monitor live streams, surface highlight opportunities, prepare clips for short-form distribution, and publish approved content to connected channels on platforms such as YouTube and TikTok. Features may include automated detection, review workflows, rendering, title generation, and optional auto-posting based on quality thresholds you configure.
SIGNAL is provided as a software tool. We do not guarantee that any clip will be detected, approved, rendered, published, or perform well on any platform. Outputs are suggestions and tools — final publishing decisions remain yours unless you explicitly enable automation.
03
Accounts and Access
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Access to a SIGNAL instance may be limited to invited or authorized operators at our discretion.
- You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it up to date.
- Notify us promptly at legal@signalclips.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
04
Your Content and Decisions
You retain ownership of content you upload, approve, or publish through SIGNAL, subject to the rights of any underlying streamers, rights holders, platforms, or licensors. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to monitor streams, create clips, and publish them to third-party platforms.
By using SIGNAL you grant us a limited license to process, store, transform, and transmit your content solely to operate and improve the service — including detection, rendering, analysis, and publishing actions you authorize.
05
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use SIGNAL in violation of any law, regulation, or platform rules.
- Publish or distribute content you do not have the right to use, including copyrighted material without permission.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, probe, or interfere with SIGNAL's systems, models, or security controls.
- Misrepresent SIGNAL outputs as human-created when platform policies require disclosure, where applicable.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide unauthorized access to the service without our written consent.
- Use the service to harass, defame, or distribute unlawful, deceptive, or harmful material.
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms or creates risk to SIGNAL, other users, or third parties.
06
Third-Party Platforms
SIGNAL integrates with third-party services such as Twitch, YouTube, Google, TikTok, and cloud infrastructure providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. Connecting a YouTube channel also requires acceptance of the YouTube Terms of Service, and connecting a TikTok account also requires acceptance of the TikTok Terms of Service.
We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including takedowns, monetization decisions, copyright claims, account strikes, or changes to their APIs or policies.
07
Intellectual Property
SIGNAL, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and underlying technology, is owned by SIGNAL Inc. / Execution Labs LLC and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or proprietary systems except the limited right to use the service as intended.
Feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation.
08
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIGNAL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate operation. Automated outputs — including detections, scores, titles, tags, and publish recommendations — may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing content before publication.
09
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIGNAL AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR PLATFORM ACCESS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
10
Termination
You may stop using SIGNAL at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use SIGNAL ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law.
11
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice in the dashboard before the changes take effect. Continued use of signalclips.app after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where prohibited by applicable law.
